Hiring a versatile Junior Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator/Website Expert to drive marketing initiatives, manage client accounts, and oversee website operations at Primi Digital.
Position: Full-time, remote.
THE ROLE | SCOPE OF WORK
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the content creation cycle and visuals for marketing, including social media, email newsletters, and the Primi Digital website.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines.
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPIs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support related to marketing initiatives and website functionality.
- Troubleshoot website issues, liaise with developers or IT support for resolutions, and ensure website security.
- Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in conversion rates.
- Implement CRO strategies such as A/B testing, usability testing, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate website content with social platforms, driving traffic and engagement through cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for website-related projects, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Available for stakeholder interaction in Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5)
PREFERRED SKILLSETS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or a similar role
- Native or expert proficiency in English (US)
- Proven experience working in North America, in a native English-speaking environment, or with US clients
- Background in the hospitality or restaurant sector
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with dynamic and leading organizations
