
Account Manager
Hospitality Industry
We’re hiring an experienced and analytical Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive performance, and oversee marketing strategies for restaurant brands.
Position: Full-time, remote.
THE ROLE | SCOPE OF WORK
- Develop and execute data-driven account strategies to meet client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize accordingly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for US clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and analytics teams.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and client presentations.
- Available for stakeholder interaction in EST time zones.
PREFERRED SKILLSETS
- 6+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client success roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Experience working in the restaurant/hospitality industry, understanding key industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and reporting tools.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring timely execution of marketing plans.
- Near Native proficiency in English, with experience working with US clients.
