The brief

A modern spin on tradition — confident, graphic, unmistakably Japanese.

Okatshe wanted an identity as spirited as its menu. We built a bold brand system that fuses a legacy spiral mark with a clean modern wordmark, anchored by a punchy red-and-ink palette drawn straight from sakura, cherry blossom, and inkstone.

From the emblem and icon set to menus, packaging, apparel, and social — every piece is crafted to work together as one graphic language: loud, precise, and built to travel from the table to the takeout bag.
