Junior Account Manager
Hospitality Industry
We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the marketing team and plan, oversee, and coordinate marketing activities for our clients.
Position: Full-time, remote.
THE ROLE | SCOPE OF WORK
- Develop and implement various marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, social media, content, and product development team members.
- Coordinate content creation blogs and infographics.
- Manage communication with clients, address inquiries, and provide support.
- Plan and organize user-friendly marketing materials for internal and external use.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on the hospitality industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and updating websites and web content when needed.
- Solid knowledge of Ad Campaigns, PPC, SEO monitoring, and Media Buying.
- Available for stakeholder interaction in Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).
PREFERRED SKILLSETS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant marketer or a similar role
- Native or expert proficiency in English (US)
- Proven experience working in North America, in a native English-speaking environment, or with US clients
- Background in the hospitality or restaurant sector
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with dynamic and leading organizations
